Taking a break in Yorkshire allows you to enjoy both the countryside and the historic towns and villages. There is a wide selection of historical attractions and a number of shopping centres, which makes Yorkshire the ideal destination for families and couples.  Yorkshire is made up of several distinct regions in themselves, which are East Riding of Yorkshire, North Yorkshire, South Yorkshire and West Yorkshire.
