This collaboration follows the global phenomenon and record-breaking success of Greta Gerwig’s live-action film Barbie, released at the July last year.
Described as the “boldest move from HYMER in years”, the new Barbie HYMER model will sport a stylish hot-pink exterior and statement wrap with the iconic Barbie logo.
Exclusive features include a pink LED four-level lighting concept and limited edition interior upholstery, available in three stand-out shades of Bubblegum, Flamingo and Fuschia.
Partnering with Heyday Films, producers of the blockbuster hit, HYMER have also released a new sat-nav configuration featuring two new voice options of Barbie and Ken, voiced by live-action stars Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling.
The model is inspired by the 1996 3-in-1 Barbie Dream Camper Set and is a hot pink take on the HYMER Free 540 Blue Evolution motorhome. “This edition is already so popular, we wanted to take it to the next level and do something our customers haven’t seen before” says HYMER’s Head of Innovation. He added, “We’ve done the blue, so why not go pink?”
Along with the standard features of a HYMER, customers will also have access to exclusive ‘BarbenHYMER’ accessories and merchandise, including pink steering wheel and headrest covers, bubblegum air fresheners and miniature models of the original Barbie Dream Camper.
