The well-respected Camping and Caravanning Club has launched its annual Owner Satisfaction Survey to gauge how manufacturers and dealerships are performing.
The survey is run in partnership with Practical Caravan and Practical Motorhome magazines and form the basis of the Owner Satisfaction Awards, which were due to be held in January but have now been postponed. The surveys will now close on 20 August 2021.
Anyone who takes just five minutes of their time to complete a survey will be entered into a draw for a chance to win one of three great stays.
Ross Edwards, managing director at Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld, said: “The Camping and Caravanning Club Owner Satisfaction Survey is very important to us.
“It’s a great way for us to receive vital information about which of our products and services are delivering on expectations and where, if anywhere, improvements can be made.
