Travelworld continues to offer online service

Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld will continue to offer an online service throughout the lockdown period.

The motorhome specialist will be forced to close the doors to its Stafford dealership from Thursday November 5 until Wednesday December 2 as the latest Covid-19 restrictions come into force throughout England.

No customers will be allowed on site during this period and servicing will also temporarily cease.

Some existing and essential motorhome servicing work will continue, along with an additional online service.

Throughout the lockdown, Travelworld will continue to help customers view and buy their dream motorhomes through virtual tours and a click and collect service.

The planned launch of the Niesmann + Bischoff iSmove will also be moved online.

Ross Edwards, managing director of Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld, said: “Though we’re obviously disappointed to be facing a second enforced closure of the showroom and service centre, we are determined to keep the business running as normally as possible and to provide the very best service to our existing and new customers.

“People will be able to request a virtual viewing of any vehicle and place an order remotely. A click and collect service will be operation, allowing people to collect the keys to their new motorhome in a Covid-secure manner.

“This is an important time of year for us as people start thinking about their 2021 motorhome adventures. Everyone at Travelworld is committed to ensuring we continue to offer industry-leading customer care, just in a different way.”

The launch of the Niesmann + Bischoff iSmove is set to be one of the highlights of the year in the motorhome calendar.

The big unveiling will now be streamed online and people can register an interest in the event by visiting https://www.motorhomes.co.uk/ismove-online-launch
