Latest news from Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld regarding Covid-19

We have now re-opened the doors on an appointment only basis. In order to monitor the amount of people on the premises at one time, we ask that you call us on 01785 878787 before making your way to our site. This will also enable us to book you in at a time that you can be looked after by a dedicated salesman.

We have put in a number of new measures on the site in line with government guidelines and we ask you to adhere to these are all time. The measures are:

Thermal Imaging Cameras: will screen all visitors entering the premises, anyone with a higher than average temperature will be flagged, then we may ask those people to rebook. All staff entering the building will be subject to the same screening process and asked to have time off if an above average temperature is detected. Travelworld are going above and beyond to help slow the spread of infection for its staff and visitors.

Social distancing – please keep 2 metres apart from all staff and any other customers on the premises

One-way system – there is arrows on the floor all around the building to guide you around

Hand sanitiser is available on the reception desk as you enter and leave
