In recent times there has been a noticeable renaissance of one of the most well-loved and innovative motorhome manufacturers, Hymer. This resurgence can be seen through wider expansion in the UK as well as Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld’s own new and exclusive dealer status with the brand. We have put together some of the delights you can expect from Hymer’s New 2015 range over the coming year.
At Travelworld, we also have the Hymer subsidiary brands including the premium Niesmann + Bischoff motorhome brand as well as the budget Hymer motorhome range, Carado. We also offer a full motorhome servicing, motorhome mot and aftersales service for these models and ranges too. As well as our new partnership with Hymer, new life has been breathed in to the brand in the form of a fleet of new motorhome models for 2015. So what can the brand bring that it hasn’t already? Below are some of the delights you can expect from Hymer over the coming year.
New Carado Models
New to Hymer’s entry level motorhomes, the Carado motorhome models, are the T 334 and the T 339. The T 334 is 6.99 m in length and has a traverse bed at the rear; a rear garage; a washroom which spread across the width of the vehicle; there is also the option of a drop-down lounge bed. The T 339 is 6.99 m in length; it has a split washroom and a rear island bed.
Hymer T-Class SL
Also included in Hymer’s new 2015 range is a new semi-integrated range for 2015; all models are two berths and all have twin single beds. It is similar to the T-Class CL range but has more specification options as well as a habitation area which is all on one level with plenty of headroom. There is LED lighting throughout; light and modern upholstery and interior furnishings; a 142 litre fridge and cold foam mattresses.
Hymer B Class PremierLine
Another new launch for Hymer is the Hymer B Class PremierLine. These vehicles are 2.35 m wide and lengths start from 6.5m and go up to 7.79 m. Built on a Fiat Ducato base with a lightweight Al-Ko chassis; the ride in the PremierLine is further enhanced with Goldschmitt coil springs on the front suspension. In this B Class motorhome, there are no interior steps and the habitation area is all on one level. The fabric and furnishings designs are light; water tank sizes are enlarged and there are seven layout options available including rear traverse beds; single beds and an island bed.
Hymercar has not been left out of the new Hymer updates for 2015. The two new main options opened up are the VW T5 without washrooms or a Fiat Ducato with washrooms. If you opt for the VW based Capetown then you are now able to have your seats retro fitted if required and you can specifically select the number of seats you would like. Headroom is 2.65 m and if you need to remove the beds in the Capetown then this is now possible. The Grand Canyon; Yellowstone and Serengeti all have fabric covered walls and ceilings to increase sound absorption and insulation.
