Accreditations lead to increased service offering

Three members of the Erwin Hymer Centre Travelworld technical team have been certified to fit hydraulic levelling and fully automatic air suspension systems.

James Prime, Howard Dalton and Ashwin Prasat underwent training with E&P Hydraulics and VB-Air Suspension and are now approved to fit both the high-tech systems at Travelworld’s Stafford site.

The qualifications extend the offering available at Travelworld as the dealership strives to meet the needs of all customers.

Mike Day, Service Centre Manager, said: “We’re pleased that James, Howard and Ashwin have successfully achieved these accreditations.

VB Air Suspension

Hydraulic levelling systems and fully automatic air suspension systems are something we are seeing an increasing demand for. We are now in a position to be able to fit E&P and VB systems on-site, which is great news for us, but most importantly our customers.”

E&P Hydraulics has developed a system which can completely level a motorhome within two minutes, even on the most uneven of campsites. This means a motorhome can be made level at the push of a button and fully automatically, without the need of wedges or a jack.

VB-Air Suspension systems, meanwhile, produce increased comfort, better driveability and enhanced safety for motorhomes and light commercial vehicles.

VB has an international reputation for producing reliable, first-class suspension applications.

Travelworld holds a number of certifications, including the AWS Approved Workshop accreditation, which is the benchmark for motorhome and caravan servicing.

All workshop technical staff are factory trained and fully certified to NCC standards and Travelworld is also a certified MOT test station.
