Travelworld Motorhomes is the latest dealership to win the Practical Motorhomes Satisfaction award 2016 for pre-owned vehicles.

The company achieved the highest score for the pre-owned Supplying Dealer category in the competition, topping the league table of Gold Awards with an impressive score of 95.5%.

The Practical Motorhome Annual Owner Satisfaction Awards for pre-owned vehicles has been running since 2004 and recognises reliability and build quality of pre-owned motorhomes and their supplying dealers.

Nick Barker, Sales Manager at Travelworld said that customer satisfaction has always been a strong focus area for the company and it has continually strived to improve the customer experience.

He said: “Our strong and dedicated customer service team has the authority to make instant decisions in order to get any issues resolved properly and quickly. We also encourage customers to stay with us a few nights upon collection of a vehicle to properly test it before departure.”

Travelworld Motorhomes, an exclusive Erwin Hymer Group dealership, specialises in the prestigious Hymer brand, as well as other high-end brands; Carado and Niesmann and Bischoff. The company’s impressive site in Telford is home to new and used vehicles and has a large servicing centre also. There is always a strong selection of used vehicles in stock with Hymers often being brought in for part-exchange. The company also buys in Hymer Group motorhomes to ensure they are meeting customer requirements.

Nick adds that thorough pre-delivery preparation and servicing is ‘essential’ during this process. He says: “We carefully assess each incoming vehicle for quality and condition – auctioning, trading out or declining the purchase of all sub-standard vehicles.” He adds: “Ultimately, we want our customers to become our friends, with the goal of continuous future custom.”
