Customer Service Advisor


We are seeking an Customer Service Advisor for our busy motorhome dealership working Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.

Working in our busy customer service department, as part of a small team, you will be responsible for liaising with our customers and booking them in for services, MOT’s and repairs liaising with our highly skilled technicians (mechanical, auto-electricians and habitation) as well as our parts team to supply any parts needed to carry out the work.

You will also be responsible for checking the vehicles on arrival, booking courtesy cars where needed for the customer to leave site or managing the customer whilst waiting in our customer lounge. updating the customer on their vehicles whilst they are in our possession and then arranging payment thereof once work is completed and handing the vehicle back to the customer.

All our customers are managed through our Keyloop computerised system (formerly known as Kerridge and CDK) for which training will be given. Other training includes customer service qualifications/business administration; GDPR; an opportunity to learn German if you wish and Fiat customer service to name a few.

There are ample opportunities within the company for career progression and further training both internally and externally as well as other functions like supporting our “charity of the year”, being a first aider, fire marshal and/or being a member of our Health & Safety Committee.

The hours of work for this role are working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and one Saturday 9am to 2pm (on a rota with the rest of the team). This role also carries an enhanced reward based on achievement and commission on any upselling.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm, occasional Saturday working will be required.
