New Hymer B Class Range Makes Its Entrance

Hymer is continuing its run of success with the launch of a new trend-setting B class motorhome range.

The new B Class motorhome is a Dynamic range which provides the new generation of motorhomers with a combination of low weight (under 3.5 tonnes), a generous payload and the renowned Hymer ‘DNA’.

Managing Director of Hymer, Bernard Kibler said that a ‘new chapter’ had begun in the history of the Hymer B Class. He said that the new launch has been coined as a result of a direct response to what people are looking for. He said: “The new vehicle is a necessary reaction to current social trends within the industry towards lightweight motorhomes below 3.5 tons. At the same time, the new Hymermobil B-Class makes no compromises on either comfort or innovation. Thanks to our new vehicle concept, this B-Class will once again set standards throughout the industry.”

The exterior look of the DymamicLine range oozes a sporty style at the front. Frank Venter, the Design Team Manager said that the ‘face’ of the new model is much more modern and sporty but that it was an important part of the design brief to project and maintain the well-known Hymer quality.

The DynamicLine boasts a generous headroom of 1.22 m; an enlarged front windscreen and full LED headlights. There is a new style fold down bed option above the cab area as well as extendable fold down twin beds creating a whole new layout with the B DL 444 exchanging the fixed bed for a large luxury kitchen.

The lightweight construction and a chassis redesign to improve PUAL technology with an aluminum inner and outer skin helps to balance the vehicle to bring the weight down and allow for a payload of up to 630 kg.
